Do you have a proven track record of profitably growing sales and market share through strong customer relationships? Are you skilled in prospecting, target account development, and strategic territory growth? Do you take pride in establishing your company as the preferred supplier in your market?

Some key knowledge, skills, requirements and essential functions:

- The ability to travel extensively within the outlined region is required, with unlimited use of a suitable personal vehicle.

- You must be licensed to drive in your state of residence, insured at or above the legal liability limits of your state, and your personal driving history must be consistent with Rodda’s driving policy.

- College degree preferred, or five years of equivalent experience in sales and management, with a track record of exceeding expectations; paint or construction-related industry.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work with all levels of the company.

- Excellent organizational and computer skills; proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and email systems
