One job wrapped up, and on to the next.
We’ve finished up our last project and moved the equipment into the next one. This time we’re working in a local quarry, cleaning up and processing old steel and structures to help clear the way for their upcoming expansion.
Always a good feeling seeing one project through and rolling straight into the next.

Making progress on this one.

Spent a few hours Sunday clearing off the top of the spillway to get access to the surge tunnel.

Today was spent digging out and exposing this monster — 8 feet wide and roughly 70 feet long, buried under years of material.

Now that she’s uncovered, tomorrow the real fun starts. Time to bring in the shear and start ripping this surge tunnel out of the ground piece by piece.

Splitting 3-inch solid cast steel is no easy task, but this Telsmith jaw crusher stood no chance against our Victor Bulldog heavy-duty torch with a #10 tip. Sometimes the right equipment and the experience behind it makes all the difference.

Today we successfully tackled the concrete mixing tower. Although we encountered a few minor setbacks with cable breakages, our team took a moment to assess the situation and still managed to conquer this 90-foot structure. We couldn't be more proud of our team.
