A customer called us out for an apartment that had half the power out. After troubleshooting, we discovered an old fused disconnect had failed.
We replaced it with a new Square D QO series disconnect, eliminating the need for replacement fuses and bringing the system up to a more modern standard.
The customer liked the upgrade so much that he decided to have us replace the remaining outdated disconnects as well.
Once the onsite maintenance team replaces the siding where the old equipment was mounted, it will look like it was always meant to be there.
