Some days the office view is hard to beat.

Topcon 2D keeping us on grade, iron doing what it’s supposed to do, and Electric Peak filling the windshield.

Technology has changed the way we move dirt, but at the end of the day, it’s still about doing good work and getting it right.

There’s something about getting into the remote places that makes this work hard to beat.

Standing next to Big Creek today, I was thinking about how much I enjoy taking infrastructure that’s already here and making it better—improving access, fixing what needs fixing, and building it to last without taking away from what makes these places special.

Good work. Beautiful country. Hard to ask for much more than that.

Some job sites come with traffic. Ours comes with bison.

Had two of them walk right into the job today. Definitely adds a pretty cool twist to working in Yellowstone—but it’s also a good reminder that we’re working in their backyard.

Around here, keeping an eye on the job means keeping an eye on the wildlife too.

Just another day of dirt work in Yellowstone.
