Another bathroom transformation in the books!

This project was about so much more than replacing an old shower pan. We removed the standard fiberglass pan and installed a custom foam shower pan to create a much more accessible shower. While the existing structure wouldn't allow us to make it completely curbless, we were able to build a low-profile entry with a small ramp that makes getting in and out significantly easier.

For this homeowner, it wasn't just about accessibility, it was about restoring independence. Being able to shower safely, confidently and on your own in your own home can make a world of difference, and we're proud to help make that possible.

Want to eliminate that shower stall or maybe take down a wall? Give us a call!

We opened up this kitchen by taking out the dividing wall between the kitchen and living room.
Reloactes the microwave to the opposite side of the kitchen.
As well as eliminated an angled cabinet allowing a far more open floor plan.

We also took out some dated florescent lights and the reccesed area to make make way for new flush mount lighting.

Ive countless shower remodels over the years, but the last project was a first for me. Completely eliminating the shower shower stall in the primary bathroom to make way for some storage.

Garage to Casita Conversion – Complete ✅

Another couple of big steps forward on this project!

The last couple weeks have been a blur, but we've made some serious progress.! Drywall is done, paint is finished, barn doors are up, trim work is moving along, and we've got lights and power throughout the project now. HVAC is up and running aswell. Most of the cabinets are installed and the space is finally starting to feel finished.

We're moving into flooring, tub surround tile, and all the final details that bring everything together. It's amazing how quickly a project changes once the walls are painted and the cabinets start going in.

A few more big pushes and we'll be ready to hand this one over. Looking forward to showing everyone the finished product.

Its been a long time since my after hours commercial tile days, felt good knowing I still got it. But i am beat! 😆
Started these simple but elegant wainscotings yesterday after the business closed for the holiday weekend, and wrapped them both up today!

Simple upgrades like this can completely elevate a space without overcomplicating the design.

Remodel + Casita Update
We’re making solid progress on both sides of this project
🏡 Main House Remodel:
Interior is officially 100% done 💪
✔️ New double hung windows in the master bedroom, no more stuck windows!
✔️ Kelly’s Old School Flooring knocked out the carpet for the final big peice inside
✔️ Last of the new baseboards installed

Casita Conversion:
Easton with Electric Altitude wrapped up the rough-in electrical ⚡️
(Ever seen and electrician use a broom or vaccum?? Me neither until i met Easton! )
🚿 Mike with NAZ Plumbing got the rough plumbing finished
Passed rough inspection ✅
Insulation is DONE in attic + walls
(Not gonna lie… that attic was brutal 🥵 definitely going blow-in next time lol)

Drywall going up over the weekend + stucco getting started next week.
Once drywall hits, this project is gonna. take off fast!
That’s when it really starts coming together

1 step closer on our this make over. Main floors are a wrap, a couple window replacements this week and new carpet going in next week. Then the interior is a wrap. And all focus goes on to the garage conversion. Things are still moving along there this week as well. Rough in electrical started today and plumbing will come in to finish off the week.

🔥 UPDATE ON OUR LATEST PROJECT – GARAGE TO CASITA + FULL REMODEL 🔥
We’re just over 3 weeks into this one and things are moving
✔️ Took a small, outdated shower and turned it into a big walk-in shower with a new more private window
✔️ Ditched the old recessed fluorescent lights in the kitchen and upgraded to clean LED puck lighting
✔️ Tile is going in and starting to bring everything together
✔️ Garage conversion is fully framed and ready for rough-ins (electrical + plumbing up next)
This one’s been a full transformation already and we’re just getting started 💪
Stay tuned… this is gonna be a good one

Talk about a curb appeal face lift!

This old flagstone was just too bold and in your face.
We stripped it back and cleaned it up with fresh stucco, paint, and a subtle tile accent.
Now it actually fits and it just feels right when you pull up.
Crazy how a few small details can change the whole look of a home!
