Bailey and Hubert is hiring 2 full-time skilled construction workers for rehab flips, maintenance work and new construction projects throughout Hickory County!

✔️ Full-time, year-round work
✔️ No winter layoffs
✔️ Consistent pay every Friday at end of business
✔️ No chasing jobs or wondering when the next project is coming

Pay ranges from $25–$35/hour depending on experience and skill level.

We’re looking for experienced workers with skills in areas such as:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Flooring
• Painting
• Tile work
• Framing
• Foundations
• General handyman work

This is not an entry-level labor position. We’re looking for dependable, motivated people with real hands-on experience in the trades. The more skills you bring to the table, the higher the pay.

• Be self-motivated and dependable
• Want consistent, long-term work
