We caught a hidden issue on this condenser today that was on the verge of taking out the entire motor. Left alone, this would have been a major, costly breakdown.

Thankfully, this customer is on our maintenance program, so we were able to catch it early and fix it on the spot. Save yourself the summer headache—make sure your system is getting looked at!
