Wondering why it’s been quiet over here? It’s because we’ve been busy replacing outdated units and keeping the heat humming across Springville, Provo & Orem.
Truth be told, we’d rather be under a furnace than behind a keyboard. Help us keep the streak going! If your HVAC system is acting up or it’s time for an upgrade, put us to work.

Let’s keep our hands dirty and your house comfy.

We know you're out there. That one glorious customer who will absolutely wait for their swamp cooler to catch fire, or perhaps be struck by lightning, before giving us a call.
And honestly? We respect your commitment to the suspense. 😂

BUT—and this is a big, flashing red BUT—it's not okay for that drama to burn your house down! Let's prevent the tragedy before the comedy turns dark.

Call us today to get your swamp cooler winterized and serviced. We'll tuck it in safely for the season so you can save the fireworks for next Fourth of July. ❄️🔥

You might've noticed a strange silence over here... No, I didn't get eaten by an attic unit. No, my apprentice didn't accidentally superglue my phone to a condenser.

The truth is: My followers were getting too cold/hot! I've been so busy making sure your AC is icy and your furnace is toasty that I actually forgot where my phone was. My hands are either covered in refrigerant oil or attic dust—not exactly prime conditions for a selfie.

My bad! Normal service (and abnormal heating/cooling repairs) will resume shortly.

What's the wildest A/C emergency you've had this summer? Let me know below! 👇

Modern high-efficiency, condensing tankless water heaters are designed to extract as much heat as possible from the combustion process. They do this by cooling the exhaust gas to the point where the water v***r in it condenses back into liquid water. This condensation process releases latent heat, which is then used to further heat the water.

This process lowers the temperature of the exhaust gases to around 100°F to 150°F, a temperature well within the operating range of PVC. Using a metal flue in this scenario would be inefficient and costly. The acidic condensate formed during this process would also corrode a standard metal flue over time. PVC is not only resistant to this corrosion but is also much more affordable and easier to install.

Having a surge protector for your HVAC equipment is a small investment that can provide big protection. It's a great way to prevent damage and costly repairs from power surges and electrical spikes.

Another Labor Day has come and gone, marking the unofficial end of summer. The grills are cooling down, the white pants are being packed away, and the sweet sound of silence is returning to our neighborhoods as the kids head back to school.

It's been a great run—filled with sunshine, barbecues, and spontaneous road trips. But now, it's time to face the music: winter is coming. And with it, a reprieve from the tyranny of the razor.

That's right, folks. The no-shave season is officially upon us. So let's raise a glass to the long, glorious months ahead where our legs can finally be free. Cheers to cozy sweaters, warm drinks, and the beautiful, bristly promise of winter.
