So, a carpenter you know said: "If you buy the material and get the building permit, I'll do the job hourly." Well, beware of this. He has no insurance and probably isn't planning on paying any taxes either. If he gets hurt on your property, you can bet his lawyer will be calling you and that cheap remodeling job is about to cost you your house! Hire a fully licensed and insured contractor, you'll be glad you did.

This allows you to fully visualize your project right from the start. We can even place your furniture in the virtual addition to be sure everything fits just the way you want.
