This chimney was completely rebuilt from the roofline up after age and weather caused deterioration. The damaged masonry was removed down to a solid base, then rebuilt brick by brick to ensure strength, safety, and long-term durability.
✅️new brickwork was carefully installed ✅️proper ventilation openings were restored
✅️step flashing with ice & water shield was added to protect against leaks.
✅️finished with a solid concrete crown designed to shed water and extend the life of the chimney.
