Your HVAC part may be covered for 10 years, but that does not always mean the entire repair is free. 🔧 A factory warranty typically covers the eligible replacement part. After the original labor warranty expires, the homeowner may still be responsible for the diagnosis, office processing, ordering and retrieving the part, installation labor, testing, refrigerant, and other necessary materials. That’s why Ferrell Air offers information about extended labor warranty options. Eligible customers may be able to purchase additional labor protection for up to two years after their new system is installed. Another day under the hat with Rusty!
Not every “replace the unit” call needs to end with a new system. Another company told this customer her HVAC compressor issue wasn’t fixable and tried to sell her a new unit. Rusty took the time to properly diagnose the problem, found the real issue, and got it fixed. 🔧❄️ At Ferrell Air, we believe in honest service, clear answers, and repair options whenever possible — no pressure, no unnecessary upselling.
