✔️ Blown-in insulation complete for one project
✔️ Final framing and backing wrapped up on the pool house
✔️ Fireplace and outdoor TV framing locked in
✔️ Fully insulated and ready to move forward

Day 3 and the full 60x100 steel building is standing 🔥

This is what happens when the job is done RIGHT from the ground up.

We don’t guess on foundations.
We don’t “make it work” later.

When we control the foundation:
✔️ Footings are right
✔️ Layout is square
✔️ Anchor bolts are set correctly

And because of that — the steel goes up clean, tight, and exactly how it’s supposed to.

No fighting it.
No shortcuts.
No excuses.

Just a crew that knows what they’re doing and takes pride in doing it right the first time.

Most crews are still sorting bolts…

Led by **Shawn Heemsah** (Supervisor) and **Christopher “Topher” Knutson** (Lead), the Knutson crew is pushing hard on this Chief Building—even in **tight quarters where mistakes happen fast and space is unforgiving.**

But here’s the difference:
We don’t rush reckless—we move **fast with control.**

**Great teamwork on this Wenatchee project!**

The slab is down for an upcoming **Chief steel building**, and things are moving in the right direction.

Huge shoutout to **Poppoff Concrete** for another **excellent pour and finish**—their crew knocked it out of the park. Our **Knutson General Contracting LLC** team handled the **rebar placement and tying**, making sure everything was set up right before the pour.

Appreciate the solid work from the rest of the team as well:
• **Prazer Construction** – excavation and subgrade prep
• **Plumb Perfect** – underground plumbing
• **All Phase Electric** – underground electrical

🏗️ **Knutson General Contracting LLC – Pool House Progress Update!**

We’re making great progress on a beautiful new **pool house project**, and it’s really starting to come together.

One of our favorite parts of this job — we designed and **built our own custom timber truss in-house**. It turned out awesome and gives the structure a ton of character you just don’t get from prefab materials. The framing is on point, the small retaining wall is installed, the floor drain is in, and we’re continuing to move forward with siding.

Projects like this are why we love what we do — combining craftsmanship with function and building something that will last for years.
