Some photos of our recent work!

Tapered system in east Boston 1/8" per foot slope and 060 peel and stick rubber, which id suitable for this weather!

We will revisit sit to install metal and protrusions also 3 decks on the rear to be constructed, and a commercial seamless gutter to be installed now the trades can work inside now that its watertight.

Installed on east sixth South Boston tapered system with 1/4 inch slope and1/2 hard board over it and Carlisle 060 peel and stick rubber drainage goes to 4 roof scuppers with an over flow drain.
On the roof is 1/2 "to 10" slope alot of detail flashing and four big sky lights also 9 lower roof decks were rubber ed on the building the roof was divided in four sections for each client with 5' parapet walls.

This one was a lot of work, especially in this cold weather❄️,hence the peel and stick rubber.

You’ll get a glimpse of the finished project come Monday, depending on the snow 😉
