What most would have simply walked by at the thrift store, well… we saw the beauty in her 🧡

This thoughtfully reupholstered footstool has been recovered in this subtle cotton and linen blend floral fabric from . The structure is completely solid mahogany. We stripped and lacquered the legs to enhance the natural tone rather than cover it up.

She received a similar attached cushion upholstery application, minus the skirt and welting giving her a more modern glow ✨

Hello, plush family!

We’ve been busy lately. I’ve taken a break on projects as we work on our systems, instead, I want to introduce myself to our new followers!

My name is Alyssa! And I am the curator and visionary behind Plush. I started my creative journey in 2015 restoring furniture. I learned sewing years ago from my maternal grandmother but I was never interested in clothing. I realized years later that the art of upholstery combined both my skills in restorations and my knowledge of sewing. Alas, Plush was born!

A few personal facts about me, I’ve been in the Army for 15-years which is why I continue to do this part-time. I have two kids that may make appearances from time to time on this page as they are a huge part of my journey.

Our workroom is currently located in Raeford, NC where I am stationed. I would love for you to stick with us as we continue to learn and grow!

Pre-Order is LIVE at a special price to help build my portfolio!! Prices will inevitably increase because custom furnishings are inherently expensive. I choose to use only premium fabrics on my pieces.

My last piece sold out within hours and I still have several inquiries about customs. As a result, I’ve decided to offer pre-orders for clients who would like to reserve a bespoke ottoman for their space!

Sizing is limited to 30Lx30Wx 18H. If a different size is requested please message me for a custom piece. Price may vary slightly. Fabrication time completion will be two-weeks from the order date.

Shipping available for clients outside of the local area.
