Putting out an A.P.B. looking for homes to rehabilitate. I need to find those homes in need of some TLC. It could be any single family home of any age in any area. Just asking all my followers to keep an eye out for that gem in the rough that is for sale that you pass every day on your way to work or that house down the street from you that just came on the market that needs some updating. I want to turn that good home into a truly great home.

Just a reminder that Bradley Thorne Design can do renovations on your existing home. With the economy and the new home housing market in such a slump, many of you are staying put but would still like to rejuvenate your current living situation. I have recently acquired an architectural program that can draw your home (or bath, kitchen, etc.) in three dimensions and let you view the space from all angles in 3D. It also allows finishes, fixtures, flooring, trim to be changed by style or color, even brand name (as in appliances). This can also include removing or adding walls. This can all be done within the structure you currently have without adding a lot of “new” construction cost. Of course if you would like to add square footage, that is easily accomplished as well. The best part is, these plans and drawings that are created can be used to get pricing from contractors, instead of having a contractor come in and try to guess what you want and accurately price renovations based on your great ideas alone. It is by far the best way to begin any home project.

This is my personal bath which has white walls, white counters, white fixtures.....needless to say, it needs an update. This is just one example of the many things that can be done.
