Lots of progress to catch you up on with our 1,200 sq ft, single story The Perfect Block ADU build 🏗️

At this stage, the Perfect Block walls went up and the layout of the ADU really started coming to life.

Designed by our partners at Hubbell and Hubbell Architects, this project will feature a 1,200 sq ft custom ADU with a one-bedroom, one-bath layout, built using the Perfect Block system for long-term durability and efficiency. The property will also include a 505 sq ft detached carport and three pergolas, creating additional functional outdoor space.

The Jamul custom home build continues to take shape. Every phase is an exciting step toward transforming this vision into a one-of-a-kind home.

Designed by Drew Hubbell Architects, this custom 4,305 sq ft residence is being built using the Perfect Block system and will feature an 890 sq ft detached garage along with nearly 900 sq ft of rear and rooftop deck space.
