Today’s project was a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle roof in Pewter Gray and some new downspouts.

Sometimes even the best of us forget how tall the things are in the back of our truck when we back in the garage. We got a good laugh about it with our customer and made a quick storm seal replacement on their garage door today.

Dodged the rain all day in St. Paul to get this roof replacement done, including all new plywood sheeting to bring the home up to current building code. The new roof is an Owen’s Corning Duration shingle in Estate Gray color.

Today’s job site is a standing seam metal roof in Central Minnesota. A few details left to go and then gutters and gutter guards later this week to wrap things up.

An Owens Corning shingle in Onyx black brought this hail damaged home back to life with a new roof in Center City, Minnesota. Even the roof on the little ones’ playhouse got a makeover.

That’s a wrap on this golf course property in St. Cloud, Minnesota. We fixed some minor leaking in the walls during the siding replacement due to lack of flashing and underlayment from when this home was built. Otherwise the project went smooth as silk.

-> Siding: Mastic Carvedwood in Bayou.
-> Leaf protection: Gutter RX in white.

The first step in the remodeling this beautiful home in St. Cloud is the roof. A brand new Owens Corning Duration shingle in Williamsburg gray color was a great choice to go with the future Siding that is next on the list.

It’s crazy what you can find under shingles when you replace a roof. This home in Burnsville had a couple of pretty serious problem areas that we took care of during the replacement of this roof. The homeowner is extremely pleased with the results. A brand new GAF timberline, architectural shingle roof in charcoal color worked perfectly with the existing exterior.
