Now Hiring: Full-Time Landscape & Mowing Crew Member

Position Overview:
L&J Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team. This position focuses on lawn mowing, property maintenance, and general landscaping duties. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Operate landscaping equipment safely (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Assist with landscaping projects (mulching, planting, cleanups)
Follow daily job schedules and complete work efficiently
Maintain clean and organized work trucks and equipment
Work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Experience in landscaping or lawn care (preferred but not required)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Positive attitude and team mindset
