Precision Plumbing & HVAC, Inc.This is a plumbing recommendation -- There are alot of new plumbing & mechanical companies around. Good. Alot of them have a sales business model. They are mechnical sales people. We have had several run ins of late and of course, many tell us their stories. Here's one I'd like to share: A customer called a plumbing company for a clogged toilet. The company came out and told them they needed their sanitary line relined -- the cost $12k. Luckily, they called another plumber for a 2nd opinion. The other plumber pulled the toilet, unclogged the sanitary, new wax ring johnny bolts and reset the toilet. Done. There were many indicators (to a plumber) that the first recommendation was unnecessary and it was a routine drain opening -- but homeowners don't know. So. Here's a recommendation from someone thats been in the biz for almost 1/4 of a century with a mechanic thats been at it for 40 years -- yeah. Thats right. We're old. Always use a company you know. If you dont know a company ask for referrals from your friends. It truly is the best. If they don't know any one, call us We don't advertise because honestly, we have a large base of customers amassed over the same amount of time listed above, and if we simply do not have the time to help you, we will give you an honest to goodness recommendation of companies we trust.
