Started another project from a repeat customer, had a terrible sag in his floor In his fixer upper! Needed a few new floor joists, a bottom sil plate and to jack up his main floor beam about an inch and a half. Got a good start on it today and will continue next week! With this warm weather lately I was finally able to make it out to this customers house to fire tape and install an access panel on the  garage ceiling that I repaired due to water damage this past winter. Our most recent bathroom renovation with a garage ceiling drywall repair due to water damage! We will return come spring to mud and paint once warmer weather hits! New tub, tile, toilet and trim! Customer had a leak and decided they wanted to reconfigure their bathroom. Still wanted a jucuzi style tub but with a sleeker design and wanted more room available in the master bathroom.
