This is why its important to hire professionals!

Receptacle was pulled out of a restaurant.

This failure was caused by a loose conductor termination. A loose connection creates high resistance, and when electricity flows through resistance it produces heat (P = I²R). Even small current over time can cause thermal buildup, leading to overheating, carbonization, and eventual failure. This occurred without heavy use or high load—just a poor connection slowly becoming a fire hazard.
