❤️🔧 What a year it’s been for Fix It All Plumbing!

With just a couple months left in 2026, I can’t help but look back and feel incredibly blessed.

We’ve broken company records, surpassed goals we once thought were out of reach, and grown beyond anything we imagined at the beginning of this year.

But what makes me most proud isn’t the numbers or the growth. It’s the people we’ve helped along the way.

Being able to give back to the communities that continue to support us has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

To our hardworking crew, our loyal customers, our families, and everyone who has believed in us — THANK YOU! None of this would be possible without you.

Building a successful business is one thing. Building a business that makes a difference is something much bigger. ❤️

We’re far from finished, and I truly believe the best is still ahead of us!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our journey!

🔧🇺🇸 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT — TOM KAVERMAN! 🇺🇸🔧

We figured it was time to brag a little about one of our own here at Fix It All Plumbing!

Meet Tom Kaverman, the man who makes just about every water line on our jobs look like a work of art. 😂

Tom is the son of the late, legendary Master Plumber Jim Kaverman, so you could say plumbing runs in his blood. Some kids grew up playing with Legos; Tom was probably sweating copper before he could ride a bike. 😂

Tom is also a proud U.S. Army veteran 🇺🇸, and that military discipline definitely shows in his work.

Outside of work, Tom is a proud husband to Dilana and dad to Hailie and Hunter. Between being a husband, a father, and a plumber, we’re not sure when the guy finds time to sleep. 😂

When it comes to running PEX, copper, or just about any type of piping, Tom is MINTY. 👌

His PEX lines are straighter than most people’s marriages, his copper work belongs in a museum, and if a pipe is a quarter inch out of place, he’ll probably lose sleep over it. 🤣

We’re pretty sure Tom measures his cereal before pouring the milk.

All jokes aside, Tom takes incredible pride in his craftsmanship, and it shows on every job. He’s the kind of tradesman you don’t find every day, and we’re lucky to have him representing Fix It All Plumbing.

He’s carrying on the Kaverman plumbing legacy, serving his community with the same dedication he gave his country, and setting a great example for his kids along the way.

Thank you for your service to our country, Tom, and for the pride you put into your work every day! 🇺🇸💪

Now, if we could just get him to quit making the rest of us look bad. 😂

Some companies focus on what the competition is doing. We focus on getting the job done right. 🔧
At Fix It All Plumbing, we don't believe in cutting corners, making excuses, or telling customers what they want to hear just to land a job.
We believe in showing up, standing behind our work, and letting the quality of our craftsmanship speak for itself.
Anyone can make promises. Not everyone can deliver.
We’re not here to be the cheapest, the loudest, or the company with the biggest sales pitch. We’re here to build a reputation that lasts long after the job is finished.
No salesmen. Just tradesmen.

How do you want to be remembered?

Not how much money you made.
Not what you drove.
Not how big your house was.

But when your name comes up years from now… what will people say about you?

Did you work hard when nobody was watching?
Did you keep your word when it would’ve been easier not to?
Did you take care of your family, your employees, your customers, and the people who counted on you?

Did you build something that mattered?

Success isn’t just about what you can accumulate. It’s about the reputation you build, the people you help along the way, and the example you leave behind.

Because eventually the trucks get old, the jobs get finished, and the money gets spent.

But your name and the way you made people feel can live on long after you’re gone.

Build a life worth remembering.

There isn’t much we don’t do… and if it involves water, pipe, or something that’s supposed to go down the drain, we’ve probably done it.

Undergrounds, new construction, bathrooms, kitchens, water treatment, backflows, service work—you name it.

Basically, if it has a pipe attached to it, give us a call.
If it doesn’t have a pipe attached to it… we can probably add one.
