This short-term rental door came completely off its track while guests were staying in the unit. The bolt/screw that held the door in place had come loose, and the wood surrounding the hole was damaged.

The team used Bondo to rebuild the damaged wood area, allowing the bolt to be securely reinstalled. The closet door was then put back on its track and is ready for the next short-term rental guests!

Another repair completed to keep this rental safe, functional, and ready for guests. 🔨🏠

The renters of this apartment were without hot water. After some investigation, we discovered years of settlement and failed heating elements had taken their toll, making it time to replace the water heater.

A new water heater was installed in the unit, and the tenant can now enjoy hot water once again! đźšż

Numerous job sites are in the works this week! Yesterday, Benjamin created a closet within a closet for this nightly rental. This new space gives the owners a dedicated place to store cleaning supplies and personal belongings while keeping everything organized and out of sight.

Another practical upgrade that makes managing a nightly rental a little easier! 🔨🏡

What appears functional on the outside isn’t always structurally sound.

This stone-in grill area looked fine at first glance, but once our team began the work, we uncovered extensive rot caused by water damage and rodents. During the grill removal, we even found a mouse nest hidden inside the structure.

To properly address the underlying damage, the grill area and surrounding stone had to be completely demolished down to the wall.

Now that we understand the full extent of the issue, decisions will be made later this week about how to rebuild the area. We’re looking forward to seeing the transformation! 🔨🏠

This bathroom experienced extensive water damage caused by the air conditioning unit above it. Our team came in, addressed the damaged areas, and applied KILZ 3, a water-based primer, sealer, and stain blocker designed to help cover stains and prepare the surface for a fresh finish.

The transformation is amazing! This bathroom is looking good as new and is ready to be enjoyed again. Another project completed with care and attention to detail! 🛠️✨

This home needed a new bathroom exhaust fan after the original fan stopped working. Replacing it required going through the attic to properly connect the exhaust tubing.

The new fan not only restores proper ventilation, but also includes an LED light and Bluetooth speaker—giving this bathroom a nice upgrade!

Another repair completed and another bathroom back to being fully usable. 🔨✨
