See how the RAM 4 recycled access mat is made from the ground up. In this video, we show the process used by LMB RAM System to create durable mats designed for temporary access roads.

The process starts with recycled material that is ground into small pieces and fed into a hopper. The material is then melted down and formed into a cant. Each cant is precision molded and cooled before moving to the assembly stage. Six cants are then assembled together to form the RAM 4, a strong and reliable recycled access mat used to create temporary access roads for construction, utility work, and heavy equipment.

These mats are manufactured in Reidsville and built to provide durable, reusable ground protection in demanding environments.
