Kiley View’s Clubhouse now has cabinets and quartz countertops installed! Flooring is starting and many of the nice fixtures are installed. The Clubhouse’s common area restrooms including pool showers are tiled and the last of the fixtures at these areas are finishing.

Kiley View’s first building is starting drywall, and for the exterior, we are going to start on stucco coloring and siding. The units have much of their MEP finished and soon cabinets will be coming.

Landscape irrigation has now also started for the site including all the site lighting!
