What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in dispatch/scheduling/service coordinating
✅ Software Skills: Experience with HouseCall Pro is a plus.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Plumbing or HVAC experience is a plus
✅ Availability: Must be able to work full-time 8am-5pm
✅ Office Skills: Strong organization, billing, email etiquette, and office procedures knowledge.
✅ Personality: Exceptionally pleasant on the phone, a self-starter, and detail-oriented.
✅ Multi-Tasker: Able to handle a variety of office tasks and keep operations running efficiently.
✅ Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
