This is a project we worked on at Kershaw Elementary in 2023. We demo’d the student drop off/pick up lane and then extended and widened it, added a bus lane and redid the parking lot. This was a fun project to be involved in. It was a pleasure to work with JRW & Associates and Sugar Salem School District. Thank you to Matt Balderee for this video. Battle Axe Construction sponsored a Little Tikes race at the Mad Marvin Figure 8 Racing at the Madison County Fair last night. We loved watching all the races, but especially these little up and coming racers!

The weather in Boise rocked! In four days we were able to cut and remove the asphalt, drill 4 holes 10' deep by 3'6" wide, build a rebar cage for each one and filled them full of concrete. It was a successful week and the job is ahead of schedule.

In the excavation business we love finding buried treasures. This is the latest treasure and it's a gem! The home owner saw the obvious excitement that I couldn't contain and let me bring this one home. I have dug up hundreds of neat things over the past 20+ years and this one just might be the best! Toy metal airplane with twin engines!! (And yes, the kid in me flew it around and made airplane noises)😃
