Our thoughts on selling new construction homes: the builder should meet with potential buyers to discuss the build quality and to answer any questions they may have. *Why is this method not standard with seller's real estate agents? Please respond to help me understand the "old school" procedure for a buyer's agent (only) showing a new construction home to their buyer's???

All due respect to real agents, but the builder knows all the answers to the questions the buyer's might have.....plus, any additional "contingency requests" by the buyers could be answered immediately by the builder.

I submit this "new idea" with the utmost respect to real estate agents.............so, any responses/thoughts/ideas will be greatly appreciated.
