Lot 3 Progress Update!

We've definitely been slacking on posting progress updates, so it's time to catch everyone up!

These photos are actually from April, when the Hardie siding had just been completed, and seeing the exterior really start to come together was a huge milestone. Once the siding and trim went on, it finally started looking like a home instead of just a framing project.

Looking back, it's amazing how much has changed since these pictures were taken.
We've got a lot more progress to share over the next few days, so stay tuned as we catch everyone up from April all the way to where Lot 3 is today!

Every build starts right here… dirt, lines, and my trusty blue backhoe.

Nobody drives by and gets excited about trenches, but this is what decides how the whole house performs later.

We started the lot 3 build on February 10 and time has flown by.

We’ve been meaning to post this one for a while.

Big thank you to Darren Miller for trusting us to bring this build to life. That kind of trust means everything, and we don’t take it lightly.

This one came together exactly how we hoped it would. Clean, solid, and built the right way from the ground up.

And it didn’t sit long… this one sold fast.

That’s always a good feeling, not just for us, but for everyone involved in the process.

We’re already rolling right into the next one and looking forward to doing it all over again.

The roof is officially DONE and this build is coming together fast! 🔨👏

From framing to sheathing to shingles — every step brings this home one step closer to move-in ready. Huge shoutout to our crew for knocking it out with precision and hustle.

Up next: siding, windows, doors, and wrapping up exterior work. Stay tuned — we’re just getting started!
