Not every discoloration or change in texture means there’s a moisture or mold problem.

This homeowner noticed an uneven appearance on their ceiling after previous work had been completed and was concerned there might be something more going on.

After being called out to investigate, we found that the difference was actually from the finishing work not blending consistently with the surrounding ceiling.

During a fire, firefighters sometimes have to break through walls, ceilings, or other areas of a home to safely contain and extinguish the fire.
