Leveled up my plumbing game. This septic drain had no ordinary blockage, because the toilet paper acted like a seal that would let the clean-out snake all the way through, but water wouldn't pe*****te. It definitely challenged my skills (and patience, which is the best tool in the box). Had to use a shop-vac to suck out the jam-packed clean-out access then a bladder to get the rest out. Look in first comment for satisfying victory photo. 😆

So, this used to be a wide open space in the basement. We studded and finished the long block wall, erected a privacy stall, and installed a macerating toilet, hooking in the the sink drain, as well. Client did the painting to knock off some cost. Then we trimmed and hung a bifold. I think it turned out pretty nice!

Not completely finished, but looking good!
A quick bathroom remodel replacing old plaster walls with mildew resistant drywall, updated the electrical, new sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, and light bar, new towel and TP racks, and --my favorite--custom framed shelves!
