Cactus broke ground this week on Ashford Yard, a new 12.7-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket, alongside Market Square Cos. and Tenon Property Co. Stay tuned to watch this development come to life this year with a terrific tenant base already lined up! 🪏🎉

The first phase includes 53,000 square feet of retail and a 21,000-square-foot beer garden. Ashford Yard was the first recipient of the city of Houston’s green stormwater tax abatement, an incentive for developments to use green stormwater techniques to manage rainwater and will incorporate some notable elements for sustainability, including permeable pavement parking areas. 🌿💧

Our team is excited to transform this site into Houston’s premier live-work-play environment!

Cactus Commercial was honored to host a groundbreaking ceremony for the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home in Leander, Texas! This state-of-the-art facility will serve the City of Leander and other surrounding Austin/Hill Country area markets. For generations, Weed-Corley-Fish has been a household name in Austin, dating back to the mid-1800s, and the entire Cactus team is excited to be a part of their growing legacy in Texas!
