Kenton Ohio here we come! 19 new construction homes broke ground yesterday.
We I started this company 7 years I had a dream and I challenged myself! The dream has come true.
2025 successfully completed 30 unit apartment complex amongst several other projects.

2026 I challenged myself again and at the time I told my son I will make it happen. We currently have 39 houses approved to build and a waiting list a mile long! Dreams do come true although you have to have discipline and the drive along the way people will doubt you although laugh and just move on and prove them wrong! Since this published in March we have added another 22 permits!

Making progress each and everyday.
Next week we are finally starting to break ground in Kenton Ohio on 19 homes and hopefully within a few weeks start up the 20 future homesite project in Richwood Ohio.
