Top-out plumbing is complete:
🚿 Shower pan & valve installed
🚽 Toilet fl**ge is set
🧺 Washer box installed
🧊 Ice Maker box installed
💧 All water lines ran and secured

🚰 Customer was experiencing excessive water pressure and loud water hammer noises whenever faucets were opened or closed. After diagnosing the issue, we found a failing Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV).

We replaced the PRV, adjusted and restored proper water pressure, and eliminated the water hammer throughout the home.

Anoher complete bathroom remodel with Sunny’State Builds🤩

Client wanted to switch their toilet and vanity locations and also get a modern look in their bathroom so we did just that

-Updated and moved waterlines for new vanity and toilet spots
-New shower valve
-Rerouted toilet drain and sink drain to new locations
-Installed trim (Anglestops, Shower Handle/head, Toilet, Vanity, Faucet, P Trap, and Supply lines)

Client was happy with their new vanity and toilet location and their modern bathroom look! Everything came out beautiful with no issues

Check out this full remodel
Client wanted a bathroom in each room + guest bath

We completely repiped the entire home.

This house previously had cast iron drains and galvanized steel waterlines (house was built in the early 1900s)

We replaced everything with all new ABS Pipe for the drain and added service cleanouts outside

Then after the plywood floor and framing was finished we ran new hot & cold waterlines throughout the entire home, for each fixture.

One of our biggest home projects completed with no issues.🙌🏻
