We recently wrapped up a full-scale home renovation project. When we entered this project, it was studs up, some rough work was completed, and lots of work was left to do! We fixed the framing, finished the rough-ins, and worked through each phase towards completion. Building steps, boxing in all the exposed 2x10s and 12s to give a custom exposed joist look, tiling, railings, cabinets, bathrooms, all trim - all were part of the process for us on this one! Everyone is happy (the most important part 🙂) with the way it turned out!

While working Between bathroom remodels, our team was able to fit in a complete remodel of an old outdated basement. We removed old paneling, discovered termite damage !(repaired!!) , seal the old block walls , cleaned out the French drain, restudded walls as needed, installed mold resistant drywall throughout, 5.25trim and 3.25 inch casement installed , custom shelves, S&W paint , fresh carpet , and happy customers who’s young children have a great play area now as well as storage and office for working from home !

As we spend time with loved ones this Christmas season, take time to reflect on God sending His son to be born on earth, living a perfect life, hanging on a cross for our sins, and raising from the dead 3 days later!

We have now done several "unfinish my basement" projects, and this one stands out to me as it was a childhood friend's parents' basement. I had spent many afternoons playing in this basement! As you go through seasons of life, the needs of your home change, and this was the time to redo. With this project, we completely demoed an existing finished basement (we filled a 40-yard dumpster!). With the drywall and studs removed, we discovered a large crack in the foundation. Fortunately, the homeowners were able to get it repaired a few weeks after we demoed. We then came back to seal the block walls and used a professional-grade Sherwin-Williams concrete floor epoxy. We removed the old lighting throughout and replaced it with efficient, bright LED lights. We finished up by cleaning and repairing the insulation.

We successfully completed a unique home project in September, transforming two bathrooms into stunning retreats. Both bathrooms presented distinct challenges, which we addressed with innovative solutions. In one bathroom, we designed a custom vanity, utilizing a former bump-out space for the basement step. The homeowners, passionate about horses and dedicated to their equestrian livelihood, discovered an incredible wall mural that perfectly complemented the granite top of our custom-built vanity. A serene six-foot whirlpool, surrounded by exquisite Lucanna marble walls, completed the hall bath. In the master bath, we extended the space to seamlessly connect with the master closet, creating a harmonious flow from bedroom to bathroom. We installed a sleek 72-inch vanity, Kohler recessed medicine cabinets, a Kohler 60-inch shower pan, and Swanstone engineered marble walls, finished with a sophisticated brushed nickel shower door.
The homeowners love the finished product and we do too!
