Urban Garden Experiment Zone 9b, Central Gulf Coast Florida. Urban and back yard garden experiment blog. So for a few years now I've been attempting gardening in my back yard.

I grew up in KY and live in FL. Gardening is VERY different. Each planting, some things go great, some things don't. So I keep saying "it's an experiment". I wanted to share the experience with others. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's frustrating. Care to experiment with me?

Ooof! So far behind but trying to catch up. Seeded eggplants, squash, okra, bok choy, broccoli, collards, kale and mustards today. Several more cranberry hibiscus, blackberry, elderberry, roselles in the ground along the fence line. Surveying all the beds and where to plant everything...... oh and the rampant sweet taters....again. Notes on each photo!
