Received a call from a customer due to their water heater leaking got there at a great time to find out the pan wasn’t plumbed to the crawlspace and it was flooding the room and affected the area so we removed the water heater, removed the soaked carpet and pad and have the water heater temporarily raised up and letting a water restoration company do their thing on drying the subfloor ! Once they are done I’ll return add the pan and plumb the relief valve and pan ! Give us a call, your plumbing and home matter to us!
