Had a great week went to Kansas City with new contractor Lorne Wendt for Conklin Roof Systems training, Congratulations Lorne!! Then we completed 8000 square foot MR System in Litchfield Minnesota

This is a twenty year old pre-engineered metal building. We cleaned roof using a mixture of Conklin Rust off, installed an average of 2" of spray in place urethane foam and Conklin's Benchmark two coat coating system.

This is a grain storage building that holds two million bushel of corn. It was patched with many different materials. The building was washed with a mixture of Conklin Rust off, rinsed then Conklin Metal Ready applied over entire surface, the seams were caulked using Conklin Kwik kaulk. The coating system involved embedding Spunflex II fabric into Conklin Rapid Roof III base over the seams and tan colored top coat to finish. Project was completed in eight weeks.

This used to be a shingle roof and they had terrible icing problem in the valley's. The existing shingles were removed to wood substrate new plywood was fastened securely to the existing substrate. They applied a self adhered v***r barrier and then an average of Spray in place Urethane foam with Conklin Benchmark base coat with Conklin Rapid Roof III tan top coat.

Small deck were we fully adhered Conklin Hy-Crown single ply system. The customer installed a wood deck over our system they Conklin spaghetti walk pad in between the sleepers and the membrane.

This job was a Granulated Modified Bitumen we installed Conklin Rapid Roof III tan in Color to help reduce the reflection of light because of patio on upper floor. Rapid Roof III top coat tan still fits into cool roof ratings

This was an existing built up roof system that many contractors were unsuccessful in stopping the leaks around the power panels throughout the plant.
We were hired to install Conklin's Spray Foam and Benchmark system and the plant has been leak free every since.
