This was a little neat project that I took on took a spare bedroom and turned it into a Bourbon room ceiling tiles on the ceiling all new subfloor new flooring additional electrical plugs added in several places in this room took a closet opened it up to make room for a vintage Coke machine and a Happy Days style jukebox I cannot wait to see what completed pics of this room look like it really was a cool little fun project

Was supposed to just be a small siding repair job with some fascia customer then asked me to replace door took out a French door and put a brand new double French door in place obviously in pictures there's some severe rot from also a roof leak Patched and repaired roof fixed all subfloor sill plate and any extra rot that was there

This was a large-scale project insisted of five new large windows 🪟 🪟 🪟 🪟 🪟 a full removal of all siding,tore down a chimney rerouted gas exhaust to exit side of house a few rubber roof patches all side wall had to be reflashed to roof patched and replaced a lot of water damage to fascia and wall and a new garage entry door 🚪 window in brick part of home got all new vinyl trim around outside to replace wood to prevent any future rot

So it's been a while since I've had some posts on here here's some of the work that's been done since July this was a part one of a two-part job had a complete tear off on the one side repaired it hole in the very peak and reshingled and sheated the whole thing and some repair of some small structural issues
