Pretty huge transformation.. thought it would be an easy 3-4 day project. Almost 3 weeks later Finally complete! Now the customers will have a new yard! They can actually use!

Haven’t posted any pictures of some projects we have done this year. Not too much because of all of the rain. But we sure are booked up and we continue to book out!

We offer multiple services to our customers. Including but not limited to clearing, grading, erosion control, forestry mulching, etc.

Part time as hours may vary due to weather. Mostly full time hours. Weekly hours vary 30-50+ hours a week.

Pay is based on experience.
Strong work ethic needed.
First 90 working days is introductory period. Possible pay increase after introductory period based upon excellent performance.
Annual pay could range from: $18,720- $46,800

Must have experience in either the construction industry or landscaping industry. Must know how to safely operate a chainsaw, pole saw, grinder, shovel, etc.

Heavy equipment experience isn’t required but preferred. NCCRR & OSHA certifications are a plus.

-must have reliable transportation
-must be punctual
- Valid driver’s license is required
- high school Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
-legally authorized to work in US
- must be able to pass a drug test
-job duties include such things as preparing construction sites, using proper materials and tools.
-Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- class A cdl is not required but is a plus
- Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
-Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.
-Willingness to undertake training if necessary.
-Be a team player, have a willingness to help, and be a self starter, motivated
- must wear correct PPE when needed and required
-this is a summary and may not include all duties

*all projects are within 50 air miles of Lancaster sc.*

Just finished mulching in an access entryway to this beautiful property with rolling hills. Also Mulched out for a proposed future homesite (or for any other use you may have)on the tallest hill top.
