I had a customer call and was so upset because she had another company upgrade her electrial. They stated it would take most of the day, and that she could run her errands and when she got back they would discuss where she wanted the meter.. Unfortunately, when she returned they were already done and took it upon themselves to place the meter right next to her front door, because it was easier. Needless to say she was upset especially after receiving the $3,500 bill. She called me and I was able to move her meter can the back corner of the house, where she wanted it in the first place. I was also able to do it for less than what they charge her in the first place. Just a reminder, they are customer for a reason they make the choice, not us.
