Family owned and operated land surveyors. Owner and RPLS experience totaling over 70+ years in the industry.

We have made it our mission to have competitive prices, great customer service, and quick and accurate turn around times. Established in 2017 by Timothy J Burns (TJ), Burns Surveying LLC is a family owned and operated business. With the help and guidance of our surveyor and mentor RPLS Barry S Rhodes, our Surveyor in Training (SIT), Kevin Brotherton, and our hardworking and dedicated staff, we have grown the company into what it is today while maintaining the family atmosphere. Beginning with only 3 employees including TJ and Barry, we have grown to over 100 employees and each has become a member of our family.

🎃👻 Things got a little spooky around the Burns Surveying office today!

From superheroes and skeletons to storybook favorites and a few characters we’re still trying to identify 😂, our crew understood the assignment.

We spend most days measuring boundaries, but today we’re officially off the map. 🗺️🦇

Our crews were out at Heath Golf & Yacht Club gathering pond topography for the drainage design of a new 21-acre subdivision expansion.

Sometimes surveying means boots on the ground and sometimes it means boots on the water. 😂
