First Brandy Wine tomato of the season! My mouth is watering for a tomato sandwich!

I harvest all my garlic and left one with a scape to document. Garlic is ready to pull when tv e bottom 2 leaves are starting to die back and 1 month after you start seeing scapes.

It was a good harvest for us! I’m excited to make garlic powder soon!

The change between garlic scape flowers in 5 days. I love the purple! I bet it’s about to bloom! Can’t wait!

Checking to see if beets are ready. Some were pretty good, I left a lot to continue to grow. They are best/sweetest to pick around the size of golf balls.
