Grass Masters Lawn Services is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable team member to join us!
This position is currently around 30 hours per week, with the goal of growing into a consistent 40-hour/week position as we continue adding customers.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has dependable transportation to and from work
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Is reliable and takes pride in their work
• Can work outdoors and handle the demands of lawn care
• Pays attention to detail and cares about quality
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Can eventually work independently after training
No lawn care experience required. We’re willing to train the right person.
Starting pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience. Performance-based raises available as the company grows.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become an important part of the team as Grass Masters continues to expand.
