Kitchen/dining room/ bathroom remodel. Full gut job, new everything (including replacing all the old k**b and tube electrical, and old plumbing.) as well as removing a wall to open the space up. Big project. Turned out amazing. Huge update to this turn of the century home. Video has the final finished walkthrough.

2nd bathroom I've remodeled in this old house. This one was just a half bath, but again had to relocate all the plumbing to make it all work and make space for the washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately the new window (which was an after thought) will not be in till mid Jan. Always such a joy battling these century old homes. They continually challenge me and, ultimately, make me better at what I do.

It's been a long road. But the attic is pretty much complete. Just a little bit of trim left and a railing (as soon as they move the furniture up.) This was a challenging one, century old homes will test your patience and skill. Glad to have the opportunity to give this home more life. Quick update: Before too many comment on it..... the chimney being crooked is intentional, Google "witches bend".

Another 100+ year old bathroom that needed some serious love. Full gut and built back with a completely different room layout (the original layout made no sense). Moved EVERYTHING. As usual , these older homes are challenging, but ultimately end up worth it.

Full kitchen remodel. New everything. I work as a one man army, so I'm very proud of this one. To know that I've meticulously touched/ worked on every square inch of this kitchen, solo, was a huge accomplishment (I did have to hire out for the countertop, of course). When you are good at what you do AND you take pride in it, you'll never work a day in your life. I enjoyed this job and it's challenges.
