Homeowner wanted some more air movement in the living room and bedroom. Done and done. Crawl space attic made it FAIRLY easy to run new electrical, and install ceiling fan mounts.

2nd bathroom I've remodeled in this old house. This one was just a half bath, but again had to relocate all the plumbing to make it all work and make space for the washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately the new window (which was an after thought) will not be in till mid Jan. Always such a joy battling these century old homes. They continually challenge me and, ultimately, make me better at what I do.

This was a challenging one, century old homes will test your patience and skill. Glad to have the opportunity to give this home more life. Quick update: Before too many comment on it..... the chimney being crooked is intentional, Google "witches bend".

Another 100+ year old bathroom that needed some serious love. Full gut and built back with a completely different room layout (the original layout made no sense). Moved EVERYTHING. As usual , these older homes are challenging, but ultimately end up worth it.
