My name is Nathan, and along with my wife, Jennifer, we began Mountain Man Home Service & Repair in 2020. I am a licensed contractor in the state of WI, and I have been building and repairing homes for over 20 years. We are happy to be small business owners, and the best part of my day is being able to help people complete the projects that make their house a place they are proud to call home.

Very proud of our nephew and his hockey team. They took first place in the Badger State Games. Bode scored 2 goals, had 1 assist, and 3 penalties. We're discussing the merits of the penalties,but it was a great game and we are so grateful to have been a part of this amazing day ❤️

The Mountain Man was fortunate enough to work with Rib Falls Electric & Troy's Traveling Toolbox LLC on a major renovation project this past year. The property owners purchased an old church in Marathon City, WI and turned it into an amazing Airbnb space. The Mountain Man's favorite part??? We reinforced the former choir balcony to create a lofted ensuite.

The Mountain Man & Mrs. Mountain Man have been busy and no time to post project updates. BUT, here's one I think you'll like...I know I do! Tile backsplashes in kitchens are a great way to give your kitchen a new look, so we experimented with some new glass tile. Subsequently, that meant that Mrs. Mountain Man was finally going to get the new countertops and cabinet hardware she's had her eye on for a while...We'll let you figure out which are the before's and after's.

The Mountain Man built Mrs. Mountain Man a beautiful, very large deck. He will pressure wash and stain her deck; he's not inclined to do deck maintenance for anyone else. BUT, if you need a new, beautiful, very large deck at your home, the Mountain Man is your guy!

Fall of '99 with the GOAT! He would have laughed like a mad man today if he had seen me cutting a 6 foot by 16 foot stained glass window out of a church to frame in a service door!
Still hard to believe it's been 6 years since we lost the guy that taught me how to fix just about anything... Love and miss you Dad.

We are only a few days into 2023, and we have some BIG changes in the Mountain Man Family!

Mrs. Mountain Man is trading in the Windex and mop for an opportunity to work with the Kolbe & Kolbe IT department. She is very excited for this change of pace, but I know that she will really miss her cleaning clients. Mountain Man Home Service & Repair was truly blessed this past year to have been brought into so many homes and given the honor of helping take care of the families that reside within by offering cleaning services.

BUT...a New Year should always go out with the old and in the with new, right!?

We are excited to share that the youngest member of the Mountain Man Family, Maddi Stankowski, has started MX Cleaning Services LLC! Maddi, in partnership with her mom, Megan, will be taking care of Mrs. Mountain Man's clients. Thank you Maddi and Megan - we are fortunate to leave our clients in such capable hands.
