Williamson Foundation Repair

Williamson Foundation Repair The Most Trusted Name in Foundation Repairs! Serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex since 1985.

Roger Williamson founded Williamson Foundation Repair in June 1985 as a summer job. Recognizing the need for local expertise in countering the expansive nature of the soils in the Dallas area, Roger went into business full-time after graduating from Baylor University. Since then, Williamson Foundation Repair and On the Level Foundation Repair have been recognized among the leading foundation repai

r specialists in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. In 1999 Roger changed the name to On The Level Foundation Repair, but changed back to Williamson Foundation Repair in 2010 due to a similarly-named competitor garnering BBB complaints. Both company names are still in use and all warranties under either name are still honored. This name change was made in an effort to more closely guard our reputation. Today, Roger Williamson continues to personally supervise most jobs. With almost 30 years of experience, you may never find a more qualified foundation repair specialist working on your home! Williamson Foundation Repair installs all 3 primary types of piers: Concrete Pressed Pilings, Drilled Concrete Piers, and Double- Walled Steel Piers. We only recommend the type of pier that will provide a long-term solution to your unique foundation problems, but we also try to provide the adequate solution at a reasonable price – we never “up-sell” the most expensive pier! In addition, we pride ourselves on our non-destructive approach to your yard. We strive to leave your home looking the same as when we arrived…except that your problems are fixed.

Cracks in the soil around your home? Your foundation may be thirsty! 💧

When North Texas soil dries out, it shrinks and pulls away from your foundation, which can lead to movement and damage.

Instead of watering directly into the cracks, place a soaker hose about 6–8 inches from your foundation to help keep the surrounding soil evenly moist.

A little maintenance now can help prevent bigger problems later! See signs of foundation movement? Give us a call for a professional evaluation. 📞

How old is your home? 🏠

While we typically don’t see foundation issues in well-built homes until they’re around 15–20 years old, the truth is foundation movement can happen at any time.

In North Texas, expansive clay soil, extreme weather changes, and drainage issues can all put stress on your foundation, whether your home is brand new or has been standing for decades.

If you’ve noticed cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, or other signs of movement, it’s worth having it checked out.

At Williamson Foundation Repair, our team provides honest evaluations and straightforward answers so you can understand what’s happening with your home and what, if anything, needs to be done.

Summer heat doesn't just impact your lawn, it can impact your foundation, too.

As Texas temperatures rise, clay soil dries out and shrinks, causing the ground around your home to shift. Over time, this movement can lead to foundation cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, and other structural issues.

Stay ahead of potential problems by:
✅ Keeping the soil around your foundation evenly watered with a soaker hose
✅ Watching for signs like cracks or sticking doors and windows
✅ Scheduling a FREE foundation evaluation if something doesn't seem right

A little prevention today can help protect your home for years to come.
