As a young girl I realized I have the eye for design and decor. As each season and holiday approached I would adore helping my mother decorate and create a new look for her beautiful home. After years of admiring my mothers design and decor ski
lls I started to see potential designs everywhere I looked. While attending High School I worked part time for a well know local flower and gift shop in North Kingstown, RI. This is where I branched out and experienced all aspects of design. I started designing fresh, silk and dried flowers as well as plant gardens. Most of the kids at school were into sports and other activities but I would spend my free time working and gaining knowledge by the minute about my passions of life. After years of working in flower shops I continued my design journey and became a Social and Corporate Event Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, FL . I worked for a full-service event production, meeting, planning, and destination management company specializing in corporate social events, themed events, floral displays, décor, graphics, staging, entertainment, transportation, photography and gifts. In 2009 we welcomed my beautiful daughter to the family. I continued my career as a Floral Designer and Event Coordinator while focusing on being a full time mother and creating Fitzpatrick Designs. My love for design and flare for style and decor enticed me to create our company. I enjoy working daily with clients, family and friends to create the most amazing custom designs and events for their individual needs.
