Same place 9-years apart. Here we see a thick triple laminate composition shingle made by Owens-Corning that I installed 9-years ago in 2011. Here it is in the year 2020, looking good and doing well. The homeowner wanted me to install some heavy-duty steal brackets that he could anchor himself to as he rides this 2-story roof.

It is a rainy and cold night, Saturday Feb. 9, 2019, remembering the good old days of summer. My thermal heat temperature gun is telling the story of noon time heat at my feet. Check this out. It will put a warm smile on your face like it did for me.

This damaged roof decking board was discovered with a layer of surface growth below the felt paper sub-roof underlayment. A good surface treatment and an application of roofing mastic with fiberglass reinforcement was the perfect remedy before installing the new felt paper.
