A high water bill is usually the first thing that tells you something is wrong.

When the bill jumps and nothing inside the house is dripping, the pool is one of the first places we look. A pool can lose water for weeks without looking any different, especially in summer when everyone expects a little evaporation anyway.

Our technicians pressure test the pool plumbing one line at a time and watch how each one holds. If the pressure drops, that line has a break, and we know exactly where to keep working instead of guessing at the rest of your yard.

When copper lines under the slab start failing, the right fix is not always another spot repair.

This homeowner was dealing with ongoing issues in the hallway bathroom and garage, so our team tested the system and confirmed pressure loss on the hot side serving the master bathroom.

Instead of continuing to chase leaks under the slab, we abandoned the failing copper and rerouted new lines overhead through the first and second floor, attic, and garage.

We installed long-lasting, durable Type A Uponor PEX with copper where needed, then strapped, insulated, isolated, and pressure tested the full system.

Now the homeowner has a clean, reliable setup without the same slab leak risk moving forward.
