- We promptly addressed their call about a leaking roof in the living room. After disassembling the affected tiles, we discovered compromised plywood. We replaced it and upgraded the underlayment with premium ice and water shield, along with installing new flashing. Additionally, we replaced old, rotted battens with new plastic ones to enhance water drainage and airflow. The project was completed with meticulous assembly, ensuring everything was back in place."
